Il sito è statico e non richiede registrazione: non raccoglie dati personali forniti direttamente dall'utente (nome, email, account).
Durante la navigazione possono essere trattati dati tecnici: indirizzo IP, informazioni sul browser e dispositivo (user-agent), data e ora delle richieste, parametri tecnici delle richieste HTTP. Questi dati sono necessari al funzionamento del servizio.
I dati tecnici sono trattati esclusivamente per: fornire il sito e i suoi generatori/configuratori online, garantire sicurezza, stabilità e prevenzione abusi, diagnosticare eventuali errori tecnici.
Il trattamento si basa sull'esecuzione del servizio richiesto dall'utente (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) e sul legittimo interesse del titolare a garantire sicurezza e funzionamento del sistema (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).
Per il funzionamento del servizio vengono utilizzati fornitori che possono trattare dati tecnici (tra cui l'indirizzo IP, quando il browser carica le relative risorse):
Hetzner — infrastruttura server (hosting).
Google Fonts (Google Ireland/LLC) — font web caricati dal browser.
unpkg — librerie JavaScript (React) caricate dal browser.
Tali soggetti operano in qualità di responsabili o titolari autonomi secondo le rispettive informative.
Alcuni fornitori (es. Google, unpkg) possono trattare dati anche al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo, nel rispetto delle garanzie previste dal GDPR (clausole contrattuali standard).
Il sito non conserva dati personali oltre il tempo strettamente necessario. Alcuni dati tecnici possono essere temporaneamente conservati dai servizi infrastrutturali per finalità di sicurezza e funzionamento, per un periodo limitato (generalmente non superiore a 30 giorni).
Il sito non utilizza cookie di profilazione né strumenti di tracciamento. Può essere utilizzata la memoria locale del browser (localStorage) esclusivamente per ricordare preferenze tecniche, come la lingua selezionata in questa pagina.
L'utente può esercitare i diritti previsti dagli articoli 15–22 del GDPR (accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione del trattamento). Le richieste possono essere inviate all'indirizzo email del titolare.

The site is static and does not require registration: it does not collect personal data directly provided by the user (name, email, account).
During browsing, technical data may be processed: IP address, browser and device information (user-agent), date and time of requests, technical parameters of HTTP requests. This data is necessary for the operation of the service.
Technical data is processed exclusively to: provide the site and its online generators/configurators, ensure security, stability and abuse prevention, diagnose technical errors.
Processing is based on the performance of the service requested by the user (art. 6, par. 1, let. b GDPR) and on the legitimate interest of the controller to ensure the security and operation of the system (art. 6, par. 1, let. f GDPR).
Providers that may process technical data (including the IP address, when the browser loads the related resources) are used for the operation of the service:

These entities act as data processors or independent controllers under their respective policies.

The site does not retain personal data beyond the time strictly necessary. Some technical data may be temporarily retained by infrastructure services for security and operational purposes, for a limited period (generally no more than 30 days).
The site does not use profiling cookies or tracking tools. The browser's local storage (localStorage) may be used exclusively to remember technical preferences, such as the language selected on this page.
Users may exercise the rights provided by articles 15–22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing). Requests can be sent to the controller's email address.

CilioLab raccoglie una serie di generatori e configuratori online, gratuiti, per il making (stampa 3D, elettronica, laser, giochi e altro). Il sito può ospitare anteprime e demo che generano file pronti alla stampa (es. STL) direttamente nel browser. Il servizio è fornito "così com'è" e può essere soggetto a limitazioni tecniche.
L'utente si impegna a utilizzare il servizio in modo corretto e lecito. È vietato: tentare di aggirare limitazioni tecniche o di accesso, utilizzare il servizio in modo automatizzato o abusivo, interferire con il funzionamento del sistema.
L'accesso può essere soggetto a limitazioni (dimensioni, numero di generazioni, qualità). Il titolare si riserva il diritto di limitare o sospendere l'accesso e di revocare eventuali chiavi di accesso in caso di abuso.
I file generati sono forniti "così come sono", senza garanzie esplicite o implicite. Possono contenere errori o richiedere modifiche. Usali responsabilmente e verifica sempre il risultato prima della stampa. L'utilizzo è sotto la tua responsabilità.
Il titolare non è responsabile per: errori nei file generati, difetti di stampa o risultati non conformi, danni diretti o indiretti derivanti dall'utilizzo dei file.
Il servizio potrebbe non essere sempre disponibile o privo di errori. Il titolare non garantisce continuità o assenza di interruzioni.
Il software, il sito e la logica del servizio sono di proprietà del titolare. L'utente mantiene i diritti sui contenuti generati a partire dai propri input.
Gli strumenti raggiungibili tramite link esterni (ad esempio sui propri domini o su piattaforme di terzi) sono regolati dai rispettivi termini e informative.
Il titolare può modificare il servizio e i presenti termini in qualsiasi momento. Le presenti condizioni sono regolate dalla legge italiana.
CilioLab brings together a set of free online generators and configurators for making (3D printing, electronics, laser, games and more). The site may host previews and demos that generate print-ready files (e.g. STL) directly in the browser. The service is provided "as is" and may be subject to technical limitations.
The user agrees to use the service correctly and lawfully. It is prohibited to: attempt to bypass technical or access limitations, use the service in an automated or abusive manner, interfere with the operation of the system.
Access may be subject to limitations (size, number of generations, quality). The controller reserves the right to limit or suspend access and revoke any access keys in case of abuse.
Generated files are provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. They may contain errors or require modifications. Use them responsibly and always verify the result before printing. Use is at your own risk.
The controller is not liable for: errors in generated files, printing defects or non-conforming results, direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the files.
The service may not always be available or error-free. The controller does not guarantee continuity or absence of interruptions.
The software, website and service logic are the property of the controller. The user retains rights to content generated from their own input.
Tools reachable via external links (for example on their own domains or third-party platforms) are governed by their respective terms and policies.
The controller may modify the service and these terms at any time. These conditions are governed by Italian law.
